Please review carefully prior to booking.

Deposits, Guarantees & Cancellations

A deposit of one night's accommodation will be processed on your credit card to secure your online reservation. This deposit is fully refundable – provided cancellations are received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for special events and holidays.

Special rates do not apply to group bookings of 10 or more rooms and are based on arrival date and length of stay. Should you decide to depart before the minimum length-of-stay requirement is fulfilled, rates will revert to the current prevailing rate.

Children's Rates

No charge for children 18 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.

Extra Person Charges

$35 per additional person or rollaway bed per night.

Car Rentals

Car rentals require the driver to be a minimum of 25 years of age. Additional surcharges apply: Hawaii state daily vehicle surcharge, airport concession fees, gas and optional insurance. Car pick-up and drop off is located at Honolulu International Airport. View Car Options.

Car Package Specials

Specials include a compact rental car through Dollar Rent A Car and car reservations will be arranged when your online booking is made. Additional charge for a rental car will only be applied if requested and is not included in the original rate.

Credit Cards

The following credit cards are accepted to guarantee rooms, make room payments and deposits: American Express, Carte Blanch, Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and Japan Credit Bureau.

Taxes

All rates are subject to Hawaii State Excise Tax of 4.712% and Accommodations Tax of 8.25% for stays through June 30, 2010. Tax subject to change without notice.
