Alapai Headquarters 801 S Beretania St Honolulu, HI 96814 Description The walk will cover the Frank F. Fasi Civic Center and part of Kakaako and will include brief ceremonies and wreath presentations at the Honolulu Police Department headquarters, Honolulu Fire Department headquarters, and the formal program at Honolulu Hale. Participants are asked to gather at the entrance of the Honolulu Police Department’s Alapai headquarters on 801 South Beretania Street by 5:30 p.m. Participants in the walk are encouraged to bring flashlights.
